 After visiting her mother, Deborah Quinn, and stepfather actor Shawn Christian (parents of her half-brother Kameron Christian), Cole landed an audition for the WB series Summerland. Cole got the role of Erika Spalding. She then relocated to Los Angeles to film. She also appeared as a guest in an episode of CBS' NUMB3RS, and she also played Bianca in an episode CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. On April Fool's Day, she starred in Desiree's horror remake. Cole was part of the film 12 Rounds, which was produced by WWE Films. It starred John Cena. Cole later became part of the main cast as a recurring character acting in the same role at the beginning of 2009. The actress starred alongside Tiffany Shepis in The Violent Kind. She played the role of "Hot Neighbor", a character she played on the show that ran for a short time Secret Girlfriend. In 2009 she starred in a guest role as Charlotte Cook, a DC escort. She played the role of the assassin Vicky Roberts for a covert organisation from September of 2010 to May 2011. In October 2011, she appeared in The Event's music video. She was selected to play Samantha Owens in CSI: Miami in a regular role as a laboratory technician in November 2011. As Jennifer Starke, she played a regular role on the A&E series The Glades in 2012.
