Alex Flanagan

Alex Flanagan, a television sports journalist and media training instructor, who is the head of the Familie Media Agency's department for media. She draws from her thirty years at the top of the sports TV industry to help others navigate the media landscape and grow their careers in the media. Alex Flanagan has been a well-known sportscaster for more than 10 years. She was the principal reporter of The Keith Olbermann Evening News. Flanagan worked for ESPN from 2000-2006. She reported for five years from college football's on the sidelines of ESPN. She served as a sideline journalist for the College World Series, Women's Tennis Association's Tour Championships NCAA football for men and NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. Flanagan reported on Lakers Dodgers Angels UCLA USC Chargers as well as Dodgers, also a SportsCenter reporter. She also reported on spring training and the NBA Playoffs, the College Football Bowl, and the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament as well as a report every week for NFL Monday Night Countdown. Her time for ESPN has included launching the first SportsCenter segment devoted to entertainment, dubbed Hollywood Highlights. Additionally, she was the co-host and host of the Home Depot College Football Awards in addition to ESPN Classic roadshows.
